Betting Company – refers to the platform (22Bet) that provides users with the ability to wager on sports events online.
Affiliate Program – a marketing initiative that introduces new visitors to the website through strategic affiliate advertising.
Affiliate – an individual or entity that complies with the Affiliate Program criteria on 22-bet-bonus.com, delivers fresh players, and helps promote the offerings of 22Bet.
Players – customers of the Betting Company who have signed up after clicking on an affiliate link.
Earnings – the commission that an Affiliate earns from the profits produced by the players they have brought to the platform.
Profit – calculated by taking the total player stakes and subtracting the winnings awarded to players.
Payout – the process of transferring an Affiliate's earnings from their Affiliate Program account to an external payment service.
Payment Period – the specified timeframe in which an Affiliate's earnings are available for withdrawal via external payment services.
Promotional Materials – a collection of resources designed for the online marketing of the 22Bet betting platform.
Affiliate Agreement
- Before becoming an Affiliate in the program, you agree to thoroughly read, comprehend, and accept the Terms and Conditions as set out by the Affiliate Program.
- The Terms and Conditions of this Affiliate Program are subject to change. Should updates occur, we will notify you via email.
- Only individuals who are 18 years or older may participate in the Affiliate Program.
- Affiliates bear complete responsibility for the security of their personal information, including their username and password. The 22bet Affiliate Program is not liable for any loss of personal data.
- The 22bet platform reserves the right to reject any application for affiliate membership without the obligation to disclose the reason behind the decision.
- The Affiliate Program 22bet is authorized to modify the existing Terms and Conditions. The most current Terms will be those displayed on the Affiliate Program website. It is not possible to keep track of previous amendments. Any modifications to the Terms will be communicated to Affiliates via the email they provided during registration.
- Users in the Affiliate Program will receive visual promotional materials (without text). Affiliates have the freedom to use website information in multiple ways.
- Affiliates are prohibited from utilizing unsolicited emails (spam) as well as Click-under or Pop-under advertisements for promoting 22bet without prior approval from the Affiliate Program team. Moreover, the use of contextual advertising that contains the 22bet brand or creating websites with domain names incorporating the 22bet brand is strictly forbidden. Creating sites primarily filled with SEO-optimized articles solely aimed at gaining branded traffic from search engines is also not allowed. If such traffic sources are detected, the Affiliate's Account will be terminated, and all accrued earnings will be forfeited.
- Affiliates are expressly prohibited from using 'cookie stuffing' methods:
- which includes displaying the 22bet website within an iframe with zero dimensions or in an invisible area;
- and adding tags, cookie scripts, or engaging in any similar practices.
If an Affiliate contravenes these Terms and Conditions, their personal account will be suspended and subsequently deleted.
- A participant is allowed only one registration in the Affiliate Program. Duplicate registrations as a sub-affiliate are strictly forbidden.
- Affiliates are not allowed to create their own player accounts with the betting company using their affiliate link. Furthermore, they must not collaborate with other players.
- 22betpartners holds the right to terminate any affiliate partnership at its sole discretion and without prior notification.
Referral Commission
Affiliate earnings are variable and rely on the revenue generated from players who registered via the Affiliate link. Commission rates, bonuses, and the total betting volume of players acquired by the Affiliate do not influence the Affiliate's earnings, which amount to 20% of the Betting Company's net profit derived from players introduced by the Affiliate.
22betpartners retains the right to implement administrative fees on commissions in markets that are regulated.
22betpartners has the discretion to review and update the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
If no new First Time Depositors (FTDs) are referred after a six-month period, the Revenue Share may drop to 15%. Should it extend to twelve months without new FTDs, this share may further decrease to 5%.
Players flagged as fraudulent, misusing bonuses, or who have opted for self-exclusion will not qualify for the CPA reward. In case a Chargeback arises or credits are issued to a Customer, that Customer will be excluded from the CPA Plan.
High-Roller Policy
1. In any given month, if a Customer results in negative net revenue of $10,000 or more, they will be deemed a 'High-Roller.'
2. The High-Roller policy described below will be applied if the total Net Revenue from the Affiliate for a Brand in any month reaches negative $2,000 or more.
2.1 The negative Net Revenue incurred by the High-Roller will carry forward and be offset against subsequent Net Revenue generated by that High-Roller;
2.2 The negative balance carried forward cannot be set off against other Customers' Net Revenue;
2.3 The negative balance carried forward cannot exceed the total negative Net Revenue for that specific Brand associated with the Affiliate account for the given month;
2.4 The negative balance for a High-Roller will decrease with future positive Net Revenue they create in later months;
2.5 A negative balance will only increase with future negative Net Revenue if the High-Roller meets the necessary qualifying conditions in subsequent months.
Commission Payouts
Affiliates can withdraw their commission fees once a month (by the 15th for the previous month) as long as the payment arrangements were previously confirmed with the manager and the total earnings exceed the minimum withdrawal amount of $100. However, if the Affiliate does not reach this threshold, their funds will roll over to the following period, and payment will be reattempted until the required sum is reached. Any negative balance will also carry over to the next month.
The 22bet Affiliate Program reserves the right to postpone payments to Affiliates for up to two months in the event of unforeseen technical issues affecting either the Affiliate Program or their traffic source.
Dispute Resolution Procedure
Participants of the Affiliate Program can dispute any matters, and 22-bet-bonus.com will address such concerns when sufficient evidence and rationale are submitted. These should be directed to the email of the Affiliate Program Support Team. Complaints and inquiries will be examined within 14 days from when the correspondence is received about the dispute, and the Affiliate will be informed of the resolution. Use of foul language, insults, or false information in communication is prohibited.
